⛏️ Bunmahon Mining Village (10:30–11:10 AM)

Main heritage stop – 40 minutes

“Welcome to Bunmahon, once the centre of Ireland’s copper mining industry.”

“In the 19th century, more than 3,000 people depended on these mines.

The stone ruins you see along the cliffs are engine houses that once powered steam pumps and machinery.”

Short walks, photos, optional tea or coffee

🏚️ Tankardstown & Knockmahon (11:10–11:30 AM)

“As we continue along the coast, you’ll see further mining remains built directly into the cliffs.”
